Hi, I'm Gidelin De Leon Guerra, Certified BCBA and D Leon Integrity Owner

Gidelin de Leon Guerra, M.A., BCBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over two decades of experience in special education and applied behavior analysis. She has worked with children and adolescents with developmental disabilities since 1999, focusing on individualized care, ethical standards, and empathy. Certified as a BCBA in 2022, she has conducted various assessments, including VB-MAPP and functional behavior assessments, and supervised RBTs through Behavioral Skills Training. Gidelin holds a Master's in Special Education (Applied Behavior Analysis) and is certified in CPR, AED, PCM, and other critical areas. Fluent in English and Spanish, she emphasizes proactive care, continuous learning, and the implementation of effective behavioral strategies tailored to client needs.
